Terms and Conditions

  1. All sales are final.
  2. Your deposit amount will be deducted from your party bill at the time of payment. We require a 5-day notice of cancellation in order to refund your deposit. In the event of cancellation within the 5 day window, we will make every effort to reschedule your party.
  3. If your party size changes from the guarantee at booking, please contact us 4 days prior to the day of the event or you will be charged the original number guaranteed. If more than are guaranteed show up, we may not be able to accommodate the additional guests as all other party rooms may be reserved.
  4. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your party. Party room time cannot be extended for late starting parties due to use of the room by the next party.
  5. When your party time draws to an end, please feel free to remain at the facility. After your party has concluded in the party room you will need to relocate from the party room.
  6. No outside food or beverage, except birthday cake, is allowed. We provide napkins, plates and utensils during your party. Decorations, tape on our walls, confetti, poppers, and silly string are prohibited.
  7. Party parents may choose to purchase adult buffets at a discounted rate during your party. They will be added to your final bill.
