1. Refund Eligibility:
– Refunds will only be issued to guests if done outside our 48-hour cancelation period.
– The refund will be processed to the original payment method used.
– If the attraction can be rented again for the same date and time, a refund can be issued to the original payment method used, or on a Lefty’s gift card.
2. Refund Process:
– To request a refund, please contact our guest support team prior to our 48-hour window via phone or email.
– Provide your order details, including the booking reference number, name, and contact information.
– Our team will review your request and verify its eligibility as per the refund policy.
3. Gift Card Refunds
– Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card if the cancelation was done within our 48-hour cancelation period.
– The gift card will be available for pick-up within 3-5 business days.
4. Refunds for Re-rentable Attractions:
– In case the same attraction can be rented again for the same date and time, a refund can be processed to the guests original payment method.
– This option will be considered if the cancellation is made within the 48-hour refund window.
– The refund amount will be the original payment minus any applicable cancellation fees, if applicable.
5. Non-Refundable Attractions:
– Please note that certain attractions may be marked as non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for these bookings.
– This information will be clearly stated during the booking process.
6. Processing Time:
– Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
– If you have not received your refund within this time frame, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy:
– Lefty’s reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
– The updated refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
