Joining Lefty’s Charity TOPGOLF Tournament is a fun way to give back to your local community! The 1st place winner of this contest will receive $5000, 2nd place will receive $1000 for a charity of choice. Teams can choose when to play anytime Sunday through Thursday, once a week, reserve your time below! Lefty’s Charity TOPGOLF Tournament has a low commitment of 6-weeks and offers a relaxed social setting to play for fun and for your favorite 501-C3 Non-Profit!
CHARITY TOPGOLF TOURNAMENT RULES
Lefty’s Charity TOPGOLF Tournament consists of up to 10 teams with a max of 4 members on each team. Teams will play different games and courses every week, according to their scheduled date and time. Company team sponsors are allowed. This fundraiser will officially begin the week of April 24th and ending by June 12th, 2023! Please arrive promptly.
Registration is at time of first scheduled game! At registration, please arrive early to pay your dues ($150/per person) and make sure that your entire team is registered. There will be an award night following the Tournament on June 14th.
*Disclaimer: We encourage you to bring your own golf clubs and golf balls at your own risk. All personal golf balls are required to be white with a small logo only, clubs must be cleaned prior to playing to not cause damage to simulator.
Rule 1: Membership in the tournament is open to males and females from ages 18+ years old. Rosters will be limited to 4 members per team. A maximum of 10 teams are allowed.
Rule 2: Each participant will pay $150 ($25/person/week) at the time of the first scheduled game. All participants must pay their fees on time to remain in the tournament. All fees will be paid to Lefty’s Alley & Eats no later than the first game.
Rule 3: The minimum legal lineup of 4 players must be present for each game.
Rule 4: No one may play with more than one team for the regularly scheduled games each week.
Rule 5: Every match will consist of 9 holes completed by each team in the league.
Rule 6: Lefty’s Alley & Eats is not responsible for personal golf clubs and golf balls.
Rule 7: All games must be golfed during week of game play. If times need to be rescheduled, they must be rescheduled within the same week with authorization of Lefty’s Alley & Eats.
Rule 8: Team position standings shall be determined on a point basis.
Rule 9: Winner will be announced in June at Award ceremony.
